Attention All Subscribers,

There will be a meeting of the membership on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 at 6:45 pm in the Bechtel Experimental Theatre in accordance with Article XI, Section 1 of the ATC Bylaws. The agenda of this meeting will be to vote on the following proposed amendment to the Bylaws:

Article III, Section 3 of the ATC Bylaws currently reads:

“Board members are elected for a term of two years”

There has been a proposal to change this to read:

“Board members are elected to a term of three years.”
