The Aiken Community Theatre

Established in 1952, Aiken Community Playhouse was formed by a small group of community members with a common goal of providing entertainment for Aiken residents. Since then, the theaatre relocated to a beautiful new facility, strengthened and expanded youth and educational programs, moved into a year-round entertainment production schedule, and rebranded as Aiken Community Theatre. ACT is a vital and ever-expanding hub of the arts in our community.

Over the years, many community members have found fulfillment and meaning by supporting the arts through the gift of their time and talents at the theatre. ACT continues to provide an outstanding experience not only to audiences but to every volunteer, cast, and crew member.
