General Public Box Office Policies
By purchasing a ticket you are subject to the following policies:
Refunds/Exchanges
All ticket sales are final – we do not allow refunds or exchanges for Box Office purchases.
Reservations
All ticket reservations must be paid for at the time of reservation. No reservations will be taken without payment. These can be paid online, on the phone via a credit card number, or in person by check, cash or credit card. We will also not resell unclaimed, paid tickets unless permitted by the ticket holder.
Cancelled Performances
In the event of a cancelled performance, the value of your ticket is safe and, if you choose to exchange into another performance, your exchange fees will be waived. Exchanges out of a cancelled performance are subject to availability. We will do our best to find you an alternative date and comparable tickets. Any additional exchanges will be subject to the regular exchange policy.
Extreme Weather
The ACT rarely cancels performances due to poor weather conditions. Please assume that the performance will go on as scheduled and allow yourself extra time to arrive safely. If the performance is cancelled in the event of extreme weather, ticketholders will be contacted as soon as possible with ticket options.

Ticket Details
* Student prices are for those ages 12-17 with an ID.
* Senior prices are for those patrons 60 and up.
* Children prices are for patrons 4-11.
* We respectfully ask that children under 4 not attend ACT productions unless otherwise specified in the production description.
* A processing fee of 5% plus 90¢ per ticket will be added to credit and debit card transactions.
